How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted. Credit card payment is done at a bank website (via a payment gateway WSPay); their databases are only accessible to those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Myko San uses WSPay for online payments using credit cards.
WSPay is a secure system for online payments in real-time via credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides customers and merchants with secure entry and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate owned by WSPay. WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data.
After the transaction, your personal data (specifically, your credit card data) will not be stored on our servers.
- to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, and
- to make the contact form briefly remember your input in case of error.
Additionally, Google Analytics and Facebook may run their cookies and pixels, in rendering their advertising services. None of them may personally identify you. You may opt out of these services: please visit their pages on instructions to do that.
If you prefer, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies via your browser settings. Like most websites, if you turn your cookies off, some of our services may not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the phone (+385-1-466-00-95, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm CET) or by contacting our customer service via a contact form.
